Format

We are adding one additional format to the 2024/25 season. Along with Captain's Choice, we will be adding modified stableford.

Modified Stableford

With Modified Stableford, players must cover their points based on their handicap. The modified part of this format is that players will choose the best drive and play their own ball out. Since players get to choose the best drive, 2 additional points will be added to the total adjusting the point cap from 36 to 38 per team minus their average handicap. Points will be awarded as follows:

• Triple Eagle: 8 Points
• Double Eagle: 5 Points
• Eagle: 4 Points
• Birdie: 3 points
• Par: 2 Points
• Bogey: 1 Point

Captain's Choice

We will continue with Captain's Choice but remove the missed putt rule.

Tee Boxes

Tee boxes will now be based on the players' handicaps. If a team has a low-handicap player along with a high-handicap player, there is a good chance one will play the blue/back tees and the other will play the white/forward tees.

Williamsburg National Tee Boxes

• Player Index 0 - 12.5: Blue/White Combo Tees
• Player Index 12.6 - 19.9: White Tees
• Player Index 20.0+: Gold Tees
